• Third-Party Integrations: If you choose to log in via Facebook (Meta), we receive your public profile data and email address associated with that account.
• Daycare Data: Information entered by providers, including children's names, household contacts, medical/allergy notes, attendance logs, and financial records.

2. Data Usage

The data we collect is used exclusively for the purpose of daycare management and operation. Specifically, we use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the DaycareMS platform.
• Process attendance, track meals (CACFP compliance), and manage billing.
• Facilitate communication between daycare providers and parents.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our platform.

We do not sell your personal data or your daycare's data to third parties.

3. Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To request data deletion:

• Users/Parents: Please contact your Daycare Provider directly, as they are the primary data controllers for their respective organizations and manage your profile.
• Providers/Account Owners: Contact our support team at privacy@daycarems.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days, permanently removing your account, rosters, and associated records from our active databases.
